Zoe Le Clercq is an artist born in St Helier Jersey now living in Kent.

She studied Fine Art and Sculpture at the Kent Institute of Art and Design and now specialises in abstract and figurative work.

 

Her work is contemporary and inspired by great artists in history including Warhol, Kandinsky and Vettriano.

She focuses on mixed media with her most common medium being large scale acrylic on canvas with resin finish.

 

Her current 'Firework' collection is on display at The Grand Hotel Zoe explores richly dynamic bold colours layered using mixed media and is available to purchase through the hotel or as a private commission. 

 

Zoe Le Clercq is The Grand's most recent artist in residence following on from numerous artists such as Ken Clark, alias Lord Clark of Civilisation and Director of the National Gallery, who bought with him Henry Moore.
